Emperor penguin foraging ecology

My MSc thesis research used biologging data to examine diving behavior and movement, and estimate energy expenditure prey capture attempts.

I integrate accelerometry, depth, GPS, and behavioral-state models to understand how penguins adjust their foraging strategies in a changing marine environment.
